Grounded? covid-19: day 235 | US: GA | info | act

Today I was asked to think about what grounds me. Simple. OK. Since I’ve been thinking about it, I grow less sure that anything does. What’s supposed to ground me? How do you know? Is this the asme as asking what makes me happy? Feel secure? Confident? Strong? The more I think about it, the more confused I get.

I suppose something like meditation could ground me. Motorcycling? I might have answered running a few years ago, but I can’t even run two miles these days.
