I ran this morning, about three miles. Otherwise, I did nothing. I found this meme in my mindless Instagram scrolling, which I think is spot-on.

- Design spring courses for D2L.
- Work on Lipton’s Journal.
- Start reading and prep for my novel class.
I feel guilty even if I take a couple of days off. I need them, though.
Today I have felt like doing nothing.
