Lazy and Random covid-19: day 267 | US: GA | info | exit

Monday. Break. Motivation low. I have been struggling this last month to keep up the journal posts. I’ve almost made it, but since the semester has ended, my enthusiasm to spend more time on the computer has been low. That’s probably a good thing, since I’ll be on it for most of the spring, teaching three courses online—all of which are full. That’s a lot of students.

Still, I am enjoying some down time and rediscovering an old hobby: not just photography, but buying and selling camera equipment on eBay. Although I truly hate eBay itself, there is no real equivalent to finding vintage lenses. And these days, there seems to be a good supply. And contrary to what I said in the last paragraph, I have been posting some POD entries from the past.

Yesterday, I ran almost six miles: the longest distance I’ve run in years. I think taking a bit of weight off has made it possible. That’s exciting.
