Raining for Days

Yes, it has been raining pretty consistently for the past three days. I know: come this summer we’ll be begging for some rain. I guess these are the new extremes of weather that we’re just gonna hav to get used to. We have no one to blame but ourselves.

In other news, I’ve been selected to participate in the MGA Study Abroad Incubator Program. I submitted my application and was not chosen initially, but I received an invite a few days later. I’ll take it. My proposal was for a study abroad program in Florence, Italy, to study Renaissance literature. What better place than where it began?

I’ll learn more details over the next couple of weeks, but part of the program seems top be a fall site visit for planning. Ah, Florence in the fall. Yes.
