I feel like a blob. I don’t sleep well. I probably drink too much. I’m not consistent with my diet. I have gained weight during this pandemic for those reasons, and I have to do something about it.
I started rereading Tim Ferriss’ The 4-Hour Body to help me get back on track. This is the diet that helped me lose 40 pounds eight years ago. His “slow-carb” diet is simple, but it’s amazing how much of it I have forgotten.
