Working on my summer course syllabus today. There's not much else to report. I decided to incorporate Discourse into the class, rather than using a journal, which was problematic in the past.

Currently, I have 26 students—about 10 too many for an online class. Last summer, we were able to divide that in two at least, but for various reasons there’s about a zero chance of that happening this year. That’s the way of capitalism: do more with less, you filthy proles.
