His music, about a dozen songs, is arranged for an orchestra. It’s quite a performance, and Gabriel’s voice is excellent, thosugh he claims to have been getting over a cold. Stand-out songs include “San Jacinto,” “The Blood of Eden,” “Digging in the Dirt,” “In Your Eyes,” “Don’t Give Up,” and, of course, “Solsbury Hill.” Thanks, PG; this was a real treat. | ||

Rain, Cold, Beckett, and Gabriel covid-19: day 38 | US: GA | info | act
Rainy day. So much for my morning run. I can’t get warm.
Continued my reading of Beckett. The absurdity of Godot seems so apropos to these interminable days inside. Time starts to mean as little as the names of days. I’m tired; just looking forward to dinner.
Maybe tomorrow.
I watched Peter Gabriel’s second concert from 2010 in Verona: Taking the Pulse.
