I continued to work on my Reddit primer for literature courses. I still haven’t finished. I also need to get my syllabus for 1102 posted. Maybe I’ll get to both tomorrow. Also to do: syllabus for 2122 and explanations for my other two Rs: Research and Report. Apparently, I have until Monday when students are given access to their courses in D2L. Even though we’ve been off for a month, I could use another.

We ditched the awful bamboo shades in the playroom and replaced them with mid-century-patterned curtains. It looks groovy, though I think we could have used four panels.

The second chapter of The Book of Boba Fett was awesome Star Wars and television. Wow, there was excellent character development, great effects, and some much appreciated world-building. Jon Favreau is really kicking ass with his contributions to the Star Wars universe. The train sequence with the Tuscans was very well done, as was Fett’s vision quest on the Dune Sea and his whole interactions with the Hut Twins. Oh, and of course his wasting of the biker gang. Good stuff.
