Some Jupiter 8 Shots covid-19: day 317 | US: GA | info | act
I really like the way this Russian renders. It’s also got great color. When I nail the focus, the photo borders on the magical.
So Henry and I did the usual after school. The day was still cool, but the sun was shining. The Jupiter-8 2/50 had been hiding on the back of my shelf for a little while, but I spotted him being coy. With the silver beauty on the SL, I went to see what Henry could give me. He was generous today.
The contrast is low and it makes hella black and whites. Henry was a great model: he kept suggesting new shots, and he was very keen to see where the focus was: i.e., he wanted to see the red peaking on the playback. Whatever it takes to get him to play with me.
