New Pilot, Etc.

Autumn leased a new Honda Pilot EX-L today in a dark gray—just in time for our beach trip. The dealership was busy today, so it took longer than my Accord did, but we were home by mid-afternoon. I forgot to take a photo. . .

Oh, and today was Henry’s last day of school for the year. The photo proves it. Taken with the Olympus OM-2N 📷 using the Zuiko 1.8/50 and Lomography 400 🎞 film.

I had to get on my students today for doing the one thing I warned them not to do: procrastinate.

Folks, just a heads-up: I will be traveling on Sunday, May 30, all day. Therefore, I will not be available to make the account you need to complete your work for this introductory week. I will remind you what the syllabus says: do not procrastinate. You really will find this class to be much more challenging than it already is if you put your work off until the last minute. I mention this because more than half of those registered have not requested an account—the very first item in Intro Unit Instructions. I highly recommend you do this today.

Again, I will be unavailable Sunday, the due date for this first week’s lesson. If you wait until then to begin to unit, you will be unable to finish the lesson before the due date.

Thanks. ☮️

Did I procrastinate so much on college? Maybe as an undergrad. No, I don’t think so.
