Evening Photos covid-19: day 307 | US: GA | info | act

Yesterday afternoon was lovely, so we spent some time in outside. You know what that means: camera time. Autumn needed a head shot for work, and I was happy to oblige. With the use of the Rotolight Neo, I was able to get several we liked. These two are my favorites, captured with the trusty Summicron 2/50.

The Rotolight works pretty well here, but it’s exactly this kind of situation that makes me want a ring light. We also took some early Valentine’s Day photos with Henry, but I’ll wait to post those. OK, here’s a sample.

Later, we worked in the yard a bit. I switched the Summicron for the Takumar 1.8/55.

I love the hybrid vintage/modern look of the Takumar, helped out here with some post magic in Capture One. I can’t wait until the Takumar 1.4/50 8E arrives next week.
