Ring Light covid-19: day 314 | US: GA | info | act
Today, I received my Neewer Ring Light. We immediately tried it out. I have to say that the first samples are encouraging, and man this thing is bright. I could see using it outside for a portrait session. I think, too, I could use the Rotolight Neo (I’m not sure what happened to my second one) as an accent light, maybe with a color gel. I think the applications for this are huge.
The shot of Autumn is good, but I think it’s most effective when the subject is closer, like the two of Henry. I might need to get a real portrait lens, maybe a Takumar 85mm?
