Ernest finally brought his Leica M8 by so I could have a look. Oh, man. What a nice camera. We put on the {{Summicron 2/35}} and tried a couple of test shots with the ring light.

I am impressed. He will have fun with this little beauty. He also got a {{c|Nokton 1.5/50}} to go along with it, but he decided to keep the Summicron on the M8 for a couple of days. That means I get to play with the Nokton. Deal. Here’s a shot of {{AAL}} I took a bit later. This is with the SL and the available light coming through the kitchen window.

Ernest finally brought his Leica M8 by so I could have a look. Oh, man. What a nice camera. We put on the Summicron 2/35 and tried a couple of test shots with the ring light.


I am impressed. He will have fun with this little beauty. He also got a Nokton 1.5/50 to go along with it, but he decided to keep the Summicron on the M8 for a couple of days. That means I get to play with the Nokton. Deal. Here’s a shot of Autumn I took a bit later. This is with the Leica SL and the available light coming through the kitchen window.
