Happy 83 to Dad covid-19: day 334 | US: GA | info | act

We could not be with him today, like we were last year, but we did communicate a bit via FaceTime. Henry sang him happy birthday via a short video. I should have tried hard to find a Popeye’s gift card for him. Hopefully, I can just take him there myself in the near future. He has recently gotten his first COVID-19 vaccine, so that’s good.

The photo on the left was taken at Thanksgiving, 2017. I used it two years ago when he was but a spry 81, but it’s one I like.
