I watched Bohemian Rhapsody this evening. It was fun, though I don’t think I know any more about Freddy Mercury than I did before watching.
I also watched the premiere of the second season of Star Trek: Discovery and that was great. The effects are pretty incredible, and it had the perfect mixture of action and smart content. This season should be a lot of fun. Even though the episode was called “Brother,” Spock has yet to make an appearance — well, he did in flashbacks, but he was just a little jerky kid. They set up the relationship between Spock and Michael as a big question mark. I guess this show has the potential to bring in all of the original series’ characters.
