From Gerald R. Lucas

After a work out, I spent most of the morning on my New Media syllabus. I tweaked my templates some more, and I think it’s looking darn good. Now, I have to do the schedule. Probably tomorrow. I’m still planning on having the grad students — the roster is up to eight students as of today — work on Project Mailer in some way. I hope I don’t regret it.

I started watching a British crime drama, Marcella, today. So far, I like it. As is de rigeur today: most of the characters are unlikable, definitely flawed, and mysterious. All of them seem to be hiding something. Many tensions are already set up, including the lead, homicide detective Marcella who goes back to the force after her husband leaves her, suffering memory black-outs which seem to result in rages she doesn’t remember. Just the thing for me after Mindhunter. Hopefully, I’ll be able to continue tonight.

After what seems like a straight week of rain, we finally saw some sun today. Maybe it’ll dry out the puddles in my yard now.
