LaLaLa
Running in the sand is difficult. Yesterday morning, I managed to run about two miles by my estimation, but I had to stop and walk the rest of the way back. The sun shone brightly, but it was not too hot, since a rapid breeze blew in off the gulf. I think if I had run on the pavement, I would have had no difficulty running four miles. After my run, I enjoyed the beach house until I had to go to Tampa. In all, just a relaxing day in Florida—just what I needed. Today, I’m meeting Joyce for lunch and Phil for dinner. Should be fun to catch up.
Lame entry, I know, but my mind is blissfully empty this morning.
