As much as we seem to be pretending the COVID-19 pandemic is at an end, it is not.[1] In light of this fact, our face-to-face attendance could change at any point if conditions warrant. Please be flexible and attentive to any contingencies. Please consider getting vaccinated, as the majority of deaths, 99%, from COVID-19 are still those who are not vaccinated.[2] Similarly, 99.7% of all new COVID-19 cases affect those who are not vaccinated, increasing hospitalization rates in states with a low vaccination numbers.[3] Please get vaccinated if you have not already, especially since you have opted to take face-to-face courses.
Complete the self report form if you have tested positive for COVID-19 and review the Quarantine and Isolation Calculator to determine the appropriate actions to take. COVID testing is still available on campus with an appointment in our campus health clinics. MGA partners with local health departments to provide vaccines and boosters.
