From Gerald R. Lucas
Today, I photographed a party for the ObGyne Birthing Center for Natural Deliveries. It was a great party, and really the first one I used the Leica Typ 262 to photograph. I gotta say, I'm pretty darn pleased with the images, especially when the sun started going down. I was worried about the manual focus for an event like this, but it really wasn't an issue. I used the Summicron 50, usually wide-open, though the 35mm would have been nice in a couple of instances. (I actually thought that the Leica Q would be perfect for events like this. Maybe a combo. I would need some more cash for that.)
Here are some of my favorites.
