Olympus Zuiko 28mm f/2.8 OM
This lens replaces the 3.5/28 lens I had with my Olympus SLR from high school. This lens is pretty neutral: the bokeh is nice and not too busy; the colors are pleasant but not overly saturated; and the contrast is pretty spot-on. It’s pretty sharp even wide open, and the close focus distance of 33 millimeters allows me to get pretty close to my subject. The focus is smooth, and the lens is pretty compact. I can see why folks like these old Zuikos. I predict I will have more.
