Ready to Go
I have almost totally redesigned WritDM for the summer, and it is ready to go on D2L. Yay me. I sincerely hope it is more accessible to the students and less arduous for me. They will still be doing two major projects, remediating a volume of the The Mailer Review and writing a couple of Wikipedia articles, but the rest of the class has been simplified a bit. I am not using WikiEdu this semester, as I really think that confuses them further, and I’m not totally convinced it helps anyway. In fact, I received a botchy email from them last semester tell me not to use draft articles. Whatever; I think it works better that way, so I’m going to try it without them this summer.
