A Wikipedia WDM Portal

Idea.jpg

How about a Wikipedia project that has to do with writing for digital media? It could fall under the purview of the Writing Portal and perhaps expand on topics under the categories of Composition and Collaborative writing — these are the evident ones on the portal’s list. Maybe this could be a way to teach WDM or even New Media?

Perhaps the Media theory of composition page would be a good place to start? This is sounding more appropriate for my grad course.

I need to think about this some more. I obviously do not have time to tackle this project myself. Maybe I could find some other Digital Humanists and/or Compositionists to help.
