Happy Birthday!
To my brother and the King. I know one is no longer around to enjoy it, but I hope the other does fully. Thankyouverymuch.
In other news, today was the beginning of the spring semester, and I had one F2F class: World Literature 1. I’m delighted that there are two English majors in the course—not that I’m biased. It was a pretty typical first day. A few of my grad students have started their work, too. Tomorrow is New Media F2F.
I’m afraid teaching this semester is going to exhaust me.
I need a new gradebook. Fortunately, Google Sheets has a gradebook and an attendance template. Sweet! I never thought I would use a spreadsheet, but here we are.
