This Takumar 1.4/50 8E is a magical piece of metal and glass. The color and clarity and just beautiful. The bokeh, too, is unique. I am beginning to understand why folks like these lenses.
(One of these days I’m going to have to write about James Baldwin. Maybe tomorrow.)
