My weigh-in this morning at OTF was 175.2 lbs. This is the beginning of the Transformation Challenge, so I have to be a trooper over the next month or so. I really doubt I can win the $1200, but I’m going to give it a good shot.
We went to Montessori’s tour of lessons tonight. Henry showed us some of the activities that are available to him, and the class ended with group time. They all walked around a circle, then sat down as a group into a meditation circle. I was pretty amazed that all the kids sat still and listened. Yes, even Henry.
