We went to Montessori’s tour of lessons tonight. Henry showed us some of the activities that are available to him, and the class ended with group time. They all walked around a circle, then sat down as a group into a meditation circle. I was pretty amazed that all the kids sat still and listened. Yes, even Henry. | |||

My weigh-in this morning at OTF was 175.2 lbs. This is the beginning of the Transformation Challenge, so I have to be a trooper over the next month or so. I really doubt I can win the $1200, but I’m going to give it a good shot.
