It’s back!
Yes, Spring, but also the annual Cherry Blossom Festival here in Macon, Georgia. Today marks the official opening of the week-long event. This is a great time to live in Macon, especially if you’re a photographer. Yes, there are the blossoms, but the festivities bring all sorts colorful characters — and dogs. Tomorrow is the bed race, the lawnmower (!) race, and the Tunes and Balloons show, and next week is the Mulberry Street Festival — with a bunch in-between.
