Since I got my new 5D, I’m selling my Rebel XT. I used it as my extra camera, but I no longer need it, as I now have the 30D as my extra. Here’s the eBay listing:

For sale, a used Digital Rebel XT (D350) body — no lens included. Original box, manuals, CDs, charger, battery, and USB cable included, plus a 2.2 GB microdrive, a wireless remote, a wired remote, a Tamrac camera bag. The camera takes great photos, though there is minor cosmetic wear on the body from use.
