Apple Fights Gay Marriage Ban

Hats off to Apple, and not for the usual reasons. From Apple Insider: Apple has joined Google in publicly opposing California’s Proposition 8, a measure intended to ban the rights of gay Californians to legally marry, and has contributed $100,000 to defeat the measure. Photos from the NMS Conference 2008

I finally managed to go through all my photos from Provincetown this year. This year’s conference of the Norman Mailer Society was another great time. NMS 2008

During the final panel of a conference last year, a panelist tried to squeeze a 15-page paper into his allotted 20 minutes. He read so quickly, that I’m not sure what his paper was about. Therefore, I decided that I would never go to a conference and read a paper again. The following video is my presentation for the Norman Mailer Society Conference for 2008.
