Google Gadgets

How cool is this? You can now have Google Gadgets on your web site, and it’s easy. Go browse their list of available gadgets (there are a number of them), and pick one from your site. Each seems to be very easy to customize, like my map of the Macon area above; when you;re finished, you get a small piece of code. Very slick.

Really cool, Google. Well, when I went to save this entry on Blogger — a service owned by Google! — I get the error that the “tag is not allowed.” Sheesh. I guess they mean you can use it on any site, but Blogger. Thanks.

Hi there. I stumbled across your blog during one of my random online-surfing escapades, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed at the variety of reading material available, that are both thought-provoking and intriguing.

My personal favorite would be the article on deCerteau. It was immensely insightful and engaging!

    Cheers

Yeah, nice one Google. That map is totally not there. Sorry – but it would have been sweet, I’m sure! :-)
